This in turn leads to a secretion of lot amount of food particles and antibodies in the blood stream causing a leaky gut.
The best way to avoid this is through knowledge. You should have a thorough knowledge of the food you are allergic to. You should also have knowledge about the alternatives available. A general inclusion of the alternatives to the allergic foods in your diet will slowly help in healing leaky gut. This will also help you have a body free of the disadvantages of a leaky gut for a long time.
